What is the Dulcolax Money Back offer?
Dulcolax is giving you the chance to try the Dulcolax range. If you don’t love it, we will give you a full refund on the purchase price of the product you have purchased.
Where is the offer running?
The Dulcolax Money Back Offer is running in Australian Pharmacies and Grocery retailers that stock the participating products (see below).

How can I make a claim?
Purchase a participating Dulcolax Product from a participating Pharmacy or Grocery retailer within Australia, during the Promotional Period. Use the product in accordance with the dosage and wait at least 24 hours before submitting a claim.
To submit the claim, visit www.dulcolaxmoneybackoffer.com.au and complete the online claim form by providing your name, email address, place of residence address, mobile number, date of purchase, store of purchase, product purchased, purchase price, and nominate a payment method to receive your money back.
How many times can I submit a claim?
There is a limit of 1 claim per household in the promotion.
How will I be reimbursed?
If your claim is valid, you can select one of two options to receive your money back: EFT transfer to your chosen bank account, or a Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® issued via SMS.
When will I receive my reimbursement?
All claims will be validated within 5 business days, then depending on your chosen payment method, you will receive your refund between 1-5 business days following verification. Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercards® will be issued via SMS to the number provided at the time of claiming upon verification. Allow 5 business days from verification for EFT refunds.
What if my bank details are submitted incorrectly?
It is your responsibility to check that the bank details provided are correct to ensure the refund can be awarded. A claimant may forfeit the right to the refund if incorrect details are provided, illegible or details provided are mistakenly incorrect and linked to the wrong account. Please checks all details provided on the claim form are correct before submitting.
